Dr. Anand Iyer Esq., Ph.D. is the Managing Director of PARI. He is a Global Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology Executive, successful in all aspects of pharmaceutical, biotech, and vaccine businesses including heading biotech and vaccine companies and driving Product Development and Innovation, Operations, Business Strategy, Business Development (in and out licensing, M&A etc.), Intellectual Property, and Transactional Law. He is strong with international / multi-cultural experiences within the competitive pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets.
Dr. Iyer has a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Pennsylvania State University. Before his foray into the pharmaceutical industry, he was a professor at Rush University Hospital and Northwestern University, both in Chicago, Illinois. He taught a variety of medical school courses, including medical nutrition. Dr. Iyer is the driving force behind PARI's shift from pharmaceutical technologies to eco-sustainable, disruptive technologies. |

Mr. Rakesh N. Anand-Iyer’s foundation starts with the biological sciences and human physiology from the University of Illinois, and more recently Economics from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. Rakesh has worked at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals in both their I.P. as well as R&D departments. He was a senior executive in global business development at Stelis Biopharma (India), where he personally handled and executed contracts and business dealings with various bio-tech, biopharma, manufacturing, and financing entities. He was the Consulting General Manager of Business Development for Bio-Scaffold International, Pte. Ltd., a Singaporean biotech company developing 3-D printed, biodegradable implants.
Rakesh is continuously volunteering his time towards activities serving the greater good. Whether it is participating in fundraising events for debilitating diseases to volunteering to teach underprivileged children in India, it is his direct exposure to the intractable issues effecting the global populace that has been the factor in his drive within PARI's new focus. |

Mrs. Lindsey J. Mackey-Iyer is a driven, motivating leader, whose core desire is to find the perfect blend of medicine, nature, and social awareness to address the debilitating health and wellness issues impacting the global population.
Her enthusiasm to address these issues is only surpassed by her determination to expand her knowledge and enhance her experiences, as the fields of healthcare, nutrition and social health awareness are constantly evolving. Lindsey’s tenacity to improve every aspect of herself is shown through her years as a student and teacher of yoga, where the constant study is a direct reflection of her immense need to constantly refine all aspects of one’s health: mind and body. Her background as a sociologist is central to her proficiency and success, as the sociological perspective is vital for survival within today's multi-ethnic and multi-national business environments. |

Mrs. Raji Iyer has over 25 years of technical and management experience with strong skills in people & project management. After a dual Masters degree in Computer Science and Operations Research from Pennsylvania State University, Raji worked in Fortune 500 companies IBM and Alcatel-Lucent Technologies in various roles within departments such as Financial Software Development and Systems Engineering, translating customer requirements into technical language, and testing products before they are used by end users.
She has a strong foundation build on solid experience working with both U.S. and international customers with demonstrated skills as a project manager and a project leader coordinating, managing and executing complex projects, all the while developing into a strong team player, coach and mentor. |
